My name is Shelby and I provide therapy to adults, teens, youth, couples and families. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel understood, not judged, and where we can work together toward lasting change. I believe that everyone deserves loving and safe attachments in their life.
I walk along side in helping people heal from trauma and PTSD, including childhood trauma, complex trauma, and experiences of abuse. I also support individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, family or marital conflict, anger, and parenting challenges. Many of my clients are trying to rebuild their confidence, strengthen communication in their relationships, and learn healthier ways of managing emotions.
In therapy, I draw from evidence-based approaches while tailoring sessions to your unique needs. Our work together often includes developing skills in emotional regulation, practicing assertive communication, and processing difficult experiences in a way that feels safe and manageable. Above all, I believe that therapy is a collaborative process—we’ll move at a pace that works for you while focusing on the goals that matter most in your life.
Whether you’re carrying the weight of past trauma, navigating family conflict, or simply looking for healthier ways to cope, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in this process. Together, we can build resilience, clarity, and a stronger sense of self.
