My approach is empathetic, compassionate, and strengths-based, rooted in the belief that healing and growth take shape when we can explore our inner world with curiosity and kindness. I support clients in bringing new insights into conscious awareness, understanding their emotional and cognitive patterns, and finding the motivation and tools needed to create meaningful change. My work is grounded in evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Art Therapy.
With over 10 years of experience, I support both teens and adults as they navigate life
transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
My work focuses on helping individuals deepen their understanding of themselves and the systems they move through, building resilience and confidence along the way. Together, we examine the underlying thoughts, beliefs, and narratives shaping daily life; identify internal strengths and coping strategies; and develop new resources to foster healing, growth, and self-efficacy. My goal is to collaborate with clients as they reconnect with their capacity for insight, compassion, creativity, and meaningful transformation.
