When you’re living with anxiety, stress, or depression, it can feel like you’re carrying more than anyone else can see. Maybe you’re constantly worrying, feeling overwhelmed at school or work, struggling to communicate with the people you care about, or wondering why things that once felt easy now seem so difficult. You don’t have to figure it out alone.
I work with children, teens, and adults who are looking for a space where they can slow down, feel heard, and begin to understand what’s getting in the way of living the life they want. I have a special passion for supporting teenagers as they navigate anxiety, social anxiety, depression, communication challenges, and the pressures that come with growing up. I also enjoy working alongside parents, helping families strengthen communication and create more supportive connections at home.
I believe that healing starts with feeling safe enough to be yourself. My goal is to create a space where you can share your experiences without fear of judgment while we work together to better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Therapy isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about discovering new ways to move through life’s challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and self-compassion.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and art therapy to help clients build practical coping skills, improve communication, and develop a stronger connection with themselves. Together, we’ll find tools that fit your life and support meaningful, lasting change.
As an MSW intern, I am supervised by licensed clinicians who provide guidance and support as I continue to develop my clinical skills. My areas of focus include supporting children, teens, and adults experiencing social anxiety, generalized anxiety, depression, stress, and communication challenges.
If you’re ready to get started, I always offer a 15-min consult to see if we are a good fit. I’d love to help you or a member of your family get the help they need to live better.
