I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with behaviors that interfere with their daily lives and relationships. These challenges may look like a child having difficulty in school, a teenager engaging in bullying or acting out, or an adult facing addiction, relationship difficulties, or other recurring patterns. Often, these behaviors are rooted in unresolved childhood experiences or unprocessed trauma. Many people don’t realize the impact of those experiences until their struggles begin to affect multiple areas of their lives.
These patterns can contribute to anxiety, depression, OCD, and many other emotional and behavioral challenges. They can also leave you feeling isolated or unsure of how to move forward. The good news is that healing is possible. Many of us simply were never taught the tools needed to understand our experiences, process them, and create lasting change.
My undergraduate education and professional background include extensive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and working with individuals on the autism spectrum. This foundation has given me a unique perspective on understanding behavior, identifying underlying patterns, and developing practical strategies that can benefit individuals from all walks of life. Combined with my mental health training, I take an integrated approach that addresses both behavioral patterns and the emotional and psychological barriers that often accompany them.
I believe therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. Together, we will create a personalized treatment plan that reflects your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. My priority is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout your healing journey.
I also believe in caring for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Whatever your personal beliefs or values may be, we can incorporate them into your treatment in a way that feels meaningful and authentic to you.
I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so we can get to know one another and determine whether we’re a good fit. My goal is to provide guidance, support, and practical tools that help you move toward a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with who you want to be.
