As a therapist at A Balanced Life, I believe healing happens through connection, compassion, and a strengths-based approach that honors each person’s unique story. I provide a safe, supportive space where individuals, couples, and families can navigate challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
My experience includes working with military populations, individuals affected by substance use, trauma, and domestic violence, as well as people with developmental and intellectual disabilities and their support systems. Grounded in the values of social work, I recognize the important role that relationships, family dynamics, and community play in overall well-being.
Using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I work collaboratively with clients to develop practical tools, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and support lasting growth and recovery.
Seeking support is a courageous step. Whether you are beginning therapy or continuing your personal growth journey, I am honored to walk alongside you as you build a healthier, more fulfilling life.

More About Me
I find a sense of ease in spending time with my family, being outdoors, and connecting with nature. Whether it’s taking a walk, enjoying the mountains, or sharing meaningful conversations with loved ones, these moments help me stay grounded and present. Community is also deeply important to me—I value the sense of connection, support, and belonging that comes from building meaningful relationships and being engaged with others. Together, these experiences help me maintain balance and mental health.
