Adults (18+), Young Adults
I provide depth-oriented psychotherapy for adults and young adults who are seeking to heal from trauma, recover from substance use, or navigate periods of transition and transformation. My work is informed by a contemplative lens, inviting mindfulness, embodiment, and self-awareness as pathways to inner healing.
Drawing from my training at Pacifica Graduate Institute and Naropa University, I blend depth psychology and contemplative practice to help clients uncover the unconscious roots of emotional pain and reconnect with their authentic selves. My approach is relational, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that healing unfolds when we bring curiosity and presence to the parts of ourselves that have long been unseen.
