I believe therapy should be a place where you can be fully seen: the parts of yourself you’re proud of, and the parts that feel painful or hard to hold. I offer a space where you can slow down, be honest, and start to understand yourself more clearly. I show up with warm, grounded, compassionate energy for every client who walks through the door. My approach is relational and trauma-informed, and I believe the relationship itself is where most of the healing happens. When you feel safe and able to be authentic, it becomes easier to look at the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that aren’t serving you anymore.

Every client is unique and I work in a collaborative way to figure out what you need from therapy. I draw on attachment theory, psychodynamic and somatic work, and genuine curiosity about how your relationships have shaped you. When those connections have been a source of pain or rupture, it tends to ripple through everything else in your life. I hold a Master’s in Integral Counseling Psychology from CIIS, a program built around the idea that mind, body, and spirit are interwoven. My work blends evidence-based practice with more contemplative and somatic tools to help you reconnect with the wisdom of your own body and intuition.

I work with individual adults and adolescents (10+), as well as couples. I especially love working with LGBTQIA+ clients and folks in non-traditional relationships or family structures. People come to me dealing with all kinds of things: anxiety, depression, relational challenges, traumatic experiences, grief, a difficult life transition, or a general sense of stress and overwhelm. Whatever brings you in, my hope is that you leave with a stronger sense of who you are, healthier relationships, and tools you can draw on long after therapy ends.

Areas of Focus/Specialties

Outside of being a therapist, I’m an avid skier and mountain biker with a deep love for the wild landscapes of the High Sierra. I’m nourished by community, adventure, and the belief that our liberation is bound up with one another’s.
